The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) is issuing an upgraded Flood Warning message for West Montrose and additional Flood Warning messages for Brant County, Brantford, Six Nations and Haldimand County. The previous Flood Warning message for the communities of St. Jacobs, and Kitchener and the Flood Watch message for the remainder of the Grand River watershed remain in effect.
