Payment details

  • Through the ePass system, the day-use entry fee is equivalent to the auto-gate admission fee for up to six people in your vehicle. This is the same price that is charged when entering through one of the automated gates found at select conservation areas.
  • Visitors who are unable to use the ePass system - for whatever reason - have the option of using the existing self-registration stations, using exact change only.
  • Please note that the ePass system charges your credit card immediately. No refunds are given. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a receipt by email. Staff may ask to see the receipt, so please be sure to keep it with you for the duration of your visit.
  • Please note that 'free conservation area admission' coupons cannot be used in the ePass system.
  • Grand River Conservation Area membership pass holders may use the ePass system to register their visit. When entering a valid membership pass number, the payment portion is waived.
