Birding hot spots

Bird watching can be done in any season and doesn't require much more than a bird book, a pair of binoculars and a stretch of time.

There are excellent birding locations throughout the Grand River watershed. Some locations offer excellent birding opportunities and our staff have identified four birding "hot spots":

• Bannister, Wrigley and Dickson
• Dryden Tract
• Laurel Creek Conservation Area
• Luther Marsh Wildlife Management Area
