Incoming and outgoing mail disruptions
Please note that incoming and outgoing mail may be impacted by the current Canada Post strike. See below for details on submitting payments, purchasing GRCA memberships, getting set up as a vendor and donating to the Grand River Conservation Foundation.
- All membership packages will continue to be delivered through courier.
- Memberships can be purchased

- at our Head Office Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- at Shade's Mills, Guelph Lake, Rockwood, Laurel Creek and Pinehurst conservation areas on weekends from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

- Alternative payment options are available for items such as permit fees. Please contact grca@grandriver.ca if you have questions about submitting a payment.
- Vendors should submit all invoices to accountspayable@grandriver.ca for processing, and vendors who wish to be paid via electronic funds transfers (EFT) can contact accountspayable@grandriver.ca for the authorization form.
- Donations to the Grand River Conservation Foundation can still be submitted securely through our online portal: https://www.grandriver.ca/who-we-are/grand-river-conservation-foundation/make-a-donation/.
